The Penobscot County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on a request from the Seboeis Stream ATV Club to use the Mattamiscontis Road to connect to ATV trails from Howland to Lincoln. The hearing will be held on Thursday, May 18th at 6:00 PM at the Chester Town Office.
