A public hearing on the proposed waiver to increase the amount of FFY 2017 HEAP funds which may be used for low-cost residential weatherization and other energy-related home repair, including the Central Heating Improvement Program, from 15% to 25% is scheduled for Tuesday, June 20, 2017, immediately following the consecutive public hearings for the HEAP Program Rule changes and the proposed FFY 2018 State Plan for HEAP that are scheduled to start at 9:30 AM.
MaineHousing will conduct the public hearing in the board room of its offices located at 353 Water Street, Augusta, Maine. The meeting is open to the public.
