The Penobscot County Commissioners are currently accepting bids for the installation of an open bottom, multi-arch plate culvert with cast-in-place footers in Greenfield Township. Bid specifications may be obtained by contacting George Buswell at 991-0201. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be accepted until 9:00 AM, Tuesday, August 29, 2017. Penobscot County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
