The UMS, including Information Technology (US:IT), are seeking to evaluate, select, and procure a web conferencing solution that would be uniformly available and supported for all faculty, students, and staff. Additionally, the preferred solution will integrate well with our existing networking, hardware, and software infrastructure. US:IT would also like to replace existing video conferencing core bridging and scheduling. Respondents are invited to respond with web conferencing solution or both web conferencing and replacement of the existing bridging and scheduling system to allow seamless integration with classroom and meeting room setups. Respondents may submit proposals for both web conferencing and video conferencing with a separate proposal for web conferencing only. Responses are due on January 31, 2018.
