Kathy Hunnewell[/font], by the Calais District Court, Docket No. CALDC-RE-14-17, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Kathy Hunnewell to Home Loan and Investment Bank F.S.B. dated July 15, 2004 and recorded in the Washington County Registry of Deeds in Book 2902, Page 129, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on [font=font36821]Thursday, October 27, 2016, commencing at 1:00 PM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.[/font]

The sale will be by public auction.
