Litchfield, Maine seeks competitive proposals for a complete revaluation of all taxable and tax exempt real property (approx. 2,600 parcels) effective April 1, 2019. The expected tax commitment date, using these values, is September 10, 2019. All proposals shall be delivered to the Town of Litchfield, 2400 Hallowell Road, Litchfield, ME 04350 by 6:00 P.M. on May 29, 2018.
