The Pittsfield Planning Board will be conducting a Public Hearings commencing at 7:00 PM on Monday, May 14, 2018, in the Council Chambers of the Pittsfield Municipal Building to consider the following matter:
Proposal to repeal Pittsfield Town Code, Chapter 16, Shoreland Zoning Ordinance, dated August 11, 2010 and replace it in its entirety with the Pittsfield Town Code, Chapter 16, Shoreland Zoning Ordinance, as recommended by the Planning Board and as required by Maine Department of Environmental Protection.
Copies of the proposed ordinances and the zoning map are available for inspection at the Pittsfield Municipal Town Office at 112 Somerset Ave Pittsfield, Maine.
