The Penobscot Indian Nation (PIN) seeks a real estate firm specializing in both [font=font36821]residential[/font] and [font=font36821]commercial real estate[/font] to provide brokerage and marketing services for multiple properties owned by PIN located mostly in [font=font36821]Penobscot County[/font], but with one parcel located in [font=font36821]Washington County[/font].
It is the intent of this RFP to have the successful broker/firm enter into a Professional Services Contract with PIN to supply real estate services as outlined herein.
The [font=font36821]initial Penobscot County properties[/font] consist of: 6 separate lots in [font=font36821]Lakeville Township[/font] ranging from one acre to 13.4 acres and in total 30 acres. Four of the lots include water frontage; a single 27 acre parcel in [font=font36821]Hampden[/font] and zoned Residential B; a single 26 acre parcel located in [font=font36821]Holden[/font] along Route 1A and zoned Commercial; one 3.95 acre parcel located in [font=font36821]Greenfield[/font] along Greenfield Road in an Unorganized Territory and zoned under the General Management District rules; and finally, in [font=font36821]Washington County[/font], 11 lots remaining in a 12-lot subdivision located on Quiet Shores Drive in [font=font36821]Steuben[/font] where all of the lots having shore frontage on Dyer Harbor.
