Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents addressed to the undersigned will be received until 2:00 PM, Atlantic Standard Time (AST), Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the Administration Office of the Roosevelt Campobello International Park, 459 Route 774, Welshpool, Campobello Island, NB, E5E 1A4. The tender opening will be private and all bidders will be advised of the results immediately after review and acceptance of the documents. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
The project is located in the Roosevelt Campobello International Park on Campobello Island, New Brunswick. The Work generally involves the crushing and screening of existing pit run gravel to produce 6mm minus, 19mm minus and 100mm clear drainage stone. The quantity of material required is in excess of 26,000 tonnes.

Official contract documents may be obtained from CBCL Limited, Saint John, NB by email request to micheleh@cbcl.ca. Tender documents will be issued in digital format only. Bidders must be registered with CBCL Limited and request their plans prior to 48 hours of the tender closing to have their bid submission accepted. A Bid Bond OR Certified Cheque, payable to the Roosevelt Campobello International Park, in the amount of 10% of the tender price (in Canadian Funds) must also accompany each Tender.
The Roosevelt Campobello International Park reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
