Notice of Public Hearing on Proposed Issuance of Tax-Exempt Bonds
BOND SIZE: The Maine State Housing Authority ("MaineHousing") intends to issue up to $10,000,000 of tax-exempt bonds (the "Bonds"), in one or more series or in conjunction with other series, including a common plan of finance as contemplated by Section 147(f) (2)(c) of the Internal Revenue Code, the proceeds of which may be used to: 1) finance qualified residential rental projects described below and (2) finance the costs of issuance, reserve funds and other valid purposes of MaineHousing.

DATE AND LOCATION OF HEARING: Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 10:00 A.M., Maine State Housing Authority, 353 Water Street, Augusta, Maine. The hearing room is accessible to persons with physical disabilities and, upon sufficient notice, appropriate communication auxiliary aids will be provided for persons with disabilities.
