Written comments for the Proposed Plan may be submitted at any time during the comment period, but they must be postmarked or hand-delivered no later than October 27, 2018. Comments should be submitted to the Air Force at the above address, and/or may also be presented orally or in writing at a Public Meeting to be held:

The Air Force will hold an Information Session at the beginning of the Public Meeting to explain the Proposed Plan and will accept and answer questions at that time. After the public comments are carefully reviewed and considered, the final remedial decision will be issued in a Record of Decision (ROD) Amendment for OU12. Copies of the OU12 ROD Amendment will be available for review at the Loring AFCEC office and the AFCEC Administrative Record website.
