
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered March 28, 2018, as affected by an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Substitute and to Enlargement Deadline to Commence Publication entered on September 24, 2018 in the action entitled U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT v. Sharon E. Clark et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Houlton, Docket No. HOUDC-RE-17-06, where in the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Sharon E. Clark to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Citicorp Trust Bank, fsb, its successors and/or assigns dated August 2, 2011 and recorded in the Aroostook (South) County Registry of Deeds in Book 4966, Page 311, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagor(s), a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on

The property is located at 20 Charles Street, Houlton, in Aroostook County, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Brock & Scott, PLLC, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale. In the event a representative of U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT is not present at the time and place stated in this notice, no sale shall be deemed to have occurred and all rights to reschedule a subsequent sale are reserved.
