Notice is hereby given that on October 19, 2018; application was made by Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, 82 Main Street, Bar Harbor, Maine 04609, to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for consent to open a new branch office to be located on the corner of Route 3 (also known as Belmont Avenue) and Hatley Road, Belfast, Maine.
This notice is published pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 1828(d) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and 12 C.F.R. Section 303.44 of the regulations of the FDIC. This notice will appear once, as required by regulation.
Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his or her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the FDIC at the FDIC's Boston Regional Office, 15 Braintree Hill Office Park, Suite 200, Braintree, MA 02184-8701, no later than 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. The application is on file at the appropriate FDIC office and is available for public inspection during regular business hours. Photocopies of the application will be made available upon request.
