Please be advised that the Planning Board of the City of Bangor will hold a meeting on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Third Floor Council Chambers of Bangor City Hall and will consider the following public hearing:
To amend the Land Development Code by changing a parcel of land located at 72 Broadway from Urban Residential Two District to a Contract Government & Institutional District. Said parcel containing approximately .46 acres and being more particularly indicated on the map below. John Bapst Memorial High School, Applicant.
The applicant has applied for a Contract Zone Change under the provision of the Land Development Code - Section 165-7 and proposes the following conditions:
1. The use and/or operation of the subject premises shall be subject to the following limitations and/or restrictions:
A. The use of the Property shall continue to be subject to those requirements of the Bangor Historic Preservation Ordinance applicable to properties within the Broadway Historic District for so long as the 72 Broadway property is designated within that District.
B. There shall be no more than two principal use structures on the property.
