Forbes and Rowena M. Alley to Green Tree Financial Servicing Corporation dated August 3, 1999 and recorded in the Aroostook County - Southern Registry of Deeds in Book 3303, Page 213, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on [font=font36821]Thursday, January 12, 2017, commencing at 1:45 PM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.[/font]

The sale will be by public auction.
