Jimmo and Laura A. Jimmo to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., its successors and assigns dated December 5, 2006 and recorded in the Aroostook County - Southern Registry of Deeds in Book 4380, Page 208, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on [font=font36821]Thursday, February 16, 2017, commencing at 2:00 PM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.[/font]

The sale will be by public auction.
