SPECIAL PROBATE NOTICE TO
UNKNOWN PUTATIVE FATHER
At Probate Court held at Bangor in and for the County of Penobscot, State of Maine, on
February 28, 2017: it is hereby ORDERED that notice by publication of the following matter be given to unknown putative father whose name and whereabouts are unknown and cannot be ascertained by reasonable due diligence.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that notice copy of this order to be published once a week, two weeks successively before March 27, 2017, in the Bangor Daily News, a newspaper published at Bangor, ME. I FURTHER ORDER that the names of the birth mother and child be specified in the notice.
A matter is pending in Penobscot County Probate Court in which ANY AND ALL KNOWN AND/OR UNKNOWN PUTATIVE FATHERS, may have an interest. The other interested parties are: HENRY WAYNE PAGE, minor child of ELIZABETH MAY PAGE of Orrington, ME.
This matter will be heard at a Probate Court to be held at the Penobscot County Court House, 97 Hammond Street, Bangor, ME, on May 1, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., at which time and place any person interested may appear and be heard.
ANY AND ALL KNOWN AND/OR UNKNOWN PUTATIVE FATHERS should contact the Court by telephone at 207-942-8769 or write to the Penobscot County Probate Court, 97 Hammond Street, Bangor, ME 04401-4996. Failure to contact the Court within 50 days of the first publication of this notice will result in a default and substantial loss of rights.
